Return Policy

RETURN / REFUND

The Customer may return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of dispatch of the product and at his own expense to return it to the Company. The aforementioned deadline of 14 calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is set as from the next day on which the Customer obtains the physical possession of the products. If you have ordered more than one product with an order and they were delivered separately, the period of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, starts from the next day of the day the Customer obtained the physical possession of the last item. Your right to return the product, applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them, which means that the items must be in original condition with all security tags in place and hygiene seal, in their original bags and only if the package is accompanied by the proof of payment and carries the original labels, otherwise the money will not be refunded. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded. You should therefore take good and reasonable care of the products while they are at your possession.

Due to health regulations, all the swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protecting adhesive strip. Swimming suits that are soiled, worn, damaged in any way or laundered will not be accepted. We are unable to accept any returns that do not meet this criteria, so please take good and reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession. Please note that there is no refund for sale items purchased at a discount.

METHODS OF REFUND

If the Payment Method of the original purchase was Cash On Delivery, then you should send us a bank account at contact@sunnytales-swimwear.com or call us at +302130411867 (10:00-17:00) so as to refund your money. Additionally, in the event that the order has been repaid through a Cash On Delivery Payment method, the additional amount charged to the order with the above payment method is not refunded. In case of a credit/debit card original purchase method, the refund will be credited to your original Payment Method. In case that the original purchase method is through the PayPal System, then the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If the original purchase method is Bank Transfer Payment, kindly note that the refund will be credited to the bank account prescribed by the Customer. In case of different banks (other than Eurobank) in Greece or abroad, there might be bank charges, which are always covered by you and those fees will be deducted from the total refund.

Note**: If you wish to make a return of a product, make sure to complete and include in your package the "Return Form" you can find in here. After we receive your refund request, we will process your refund. In the occurrence that the customer would like to cancel the order subsequently to its completion or to alter the order (and in any case before the shipping proceeds) one can communicate with our company within a time frame of 2 hours electronically by email at contact@sunnytales-swimwear.com.

EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product, depending on the availability of that product, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your original order.

Please note the replacement details in the “Return Form”. If you want to return the product for an exchange in size or color, we will send the replacement to the delivery address that existed in your order, unless you fill in a new one in the corresponding field of the return form. All goods will be inspected upon return to our Company.

The process of the exchange will begin only after we receive your returned item and only after the product meets the requirements detailed herein.

You can make only ONE CHANGE to each product. Discount products can be changed for another size or color. If your wanted item(s) is no longer in stock, we will let you know. You can then opt for a refund, less the shipping and handling fees. Fees and costs of the new shipment are covered by you. If the change is due to a mistake of our company to size or color, then the respective costs are covered by us.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All customers are responsible for postage payments.

Refund: You can return any product FOR FREE and we will cover the postage costs and refund your money within ten (10) business days, ONLY IF THE REFUND IS DUE TO OUR COMPANY’S MISTAKE (e.g. faulty or incorrectly posted items).

In any other case you wish to return the product for your personal reasons and get a refund, shipping costs will have to be covered by you.

Exchange: Fees and costs of the new shipment are covered by you. If the change is due to a mistake of our company to size or color, then the respective costs are covered by us.


RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Read Return and Exchange Policy in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable.

Step 2: If you wish to make a return or exchange of a product, you should know the order number and make sure to complete it in the “Return Form” and include it in your package. After we receive your request and once your return has been approved, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that the amount will be refunded within the next ten (10) business days from the receipt of the returned product. Remember that credit card payments always depend on your bank.

Safely package and ship the “return form”, a copy of the receipt and the item to the following address within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your merchandise to:

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We strongly recommend you use a secure service to return goods and keep a record of the shipping tracking number of your package. SunnyTales Swimwear is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges. No money can be refunded for the lost or never received item.

Step 3: Once the returned item safely arrives at SunnyTales Swimwear, we will inspect the item(s) condition. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted (please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed). Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within ten (10) business days. The Company is entitled to accept the return of the product and make a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Returns Policy.

ABROAD

Almost the same criteria that apply to Greece.

Exchange: In case of exchange in color or size, the shipping fees and any other costs of returns and the new shipment are covered by you. Only after you return us the item you want to exchange, we start the process of the exchange. Make sure you use a postal service that assures you of the value of the products returned and always receive proof of the shipment. Then, we inform you about the new shipping costs through an email, we give you our Company’s bank account and only after we receive a proof of their payment to our Company’s bank account, we start the process of the new shipment.

Refund: In case of a credit/debit card original purchase method, the refund will be credited to your original Payment Method. In the case of PayPal Payment method, we use the same method for your refund. Returned items must be accompanied by a shipping tracking number so that they can be tracked, as no money can be refunded for the lost or never received the item.

Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature to receive, so we suggest your order to be delivered to a working address rather than a home address. Sunny Tales Swimwear is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. When there are custom charges, they can affect the delivery time of your parcel. Please be advised that in the event of a national holiday/bank holiday in your country, deliveries are unlikely to occur. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next business day.
